Not to defend what is obviously an attempt at getting people fired up, but consider the following.
Islam and Christianity are both Abrahamic religions. They believe in the same god and have near identical prayers. So when someone rants about a Jihad it's exactly the same thing as when someone rants about a Crusade. They're different words with the same meaning. And seeing as someone would hardly be punished for proclaiming a Crusade on bears or anyone else... the rest goes without saying.
And they'll both burn down your house for praying to a different invisible sky fairy than they do!
